I recently completed my master's in Instructional Design & Development from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, in Birmingham, Alabama.

I have a passion for leadership development, adult learning, diversity and inclusion, and building relationships and community. Serving others through adult learning and training is my passion.

I am a "transplant southerner", originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and I enjoy spending time outdoors and cooking for friends and family! As a self proclaimed expert home chef, I enjoy sharing my love for food with others through recipe development and blogging.
