Instructional Intervention Project Proposal

Designing Self-Esteem and Confidence Building Curriculum for Adult Learners

The following proposal is an instructional design intervention which can be implemented into various adult learning environments. Rooted in behaviorist theory, the intervention seeks to prove that the development of self-esteem and confidence throughout adult learning environments can not only yield a positive result regarding instructional strategy, but in-turn promote an intrinsic motivation to learn throughout the adult learner population.
