An Instructional Design Model Focused on Flexibility: The 21st Century Flexibility Model

The following report identifies current gaps in some of the most commonly used Instructional Design models. This was achieved through a general compare-contrast method, summarizing the findings by creating a rubric which identifies the need for a new, more flexible model. The proposed "21st Century Flexibility Model" deconstructs the best from previous models, without the rigid, linear structure of most models.
