Authors: Melanie Ross & Jill Stefaniak
The following document is a reflection and assessment of a case study which focuses on recurrent training issues as identified by staffing department leadership within a large Information Technology company. An internal Performance Improvement Consultant was employed to conduct a needs assessment and evaluate whether the perceived learning gap was due to a need for focus on personnel or the organizational infrastructure.
